A RESOLUTION SUGGESTING CHANGES IN THE 'ZTHOD OF BILLING BY THE CITY OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE RENDERED TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF EDGEL7ATER, AND SUGGESTING STUDY OF ELECTRICITY RATES, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEYiATER, FLORIDA: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Edgewater suggests to the City Commission of the City of New Smyrna Beach that all future bills of electric service rendered by the City of New Smyrna Beach to the consumers of the City of Edgewater be billed on the basis showing the gross total charge, rather than the basic charge plus the fuel and commodity charge shown separately.
