A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO HOLD A PUBLIC
HEARING ON JANUARY 30, 1967 AT THE COMMUNITY
CENTER IN 9HE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA AT
7:30 P.M. FOR THE PURPOSE OF GIVING ALL USERS
AND OWNERS, TENANTS OR OCCUPANTS, OF PROPERTY
SERVED BY THE MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM AN
OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD CONCERNING THE `"i'y
ADOPTION OF A NEW WATER ORDINANCE CHANGING AND�'�
PROMULGATING DEFINITIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS
AND CHANGING AND PROMULGATING RATES, FEES AND
CHARGES AND OTHER RELATED MATTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a public hearing shall be held at the community
center in the City of Edgewater, Florida on January 30, 1967 at
7:30 P.M. for the purpose of giving all users, owners, tenants
or occupants of property served or to be served by the municipal
water system an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
changes in classifications of water service and changing and
promulgating types of water service and charges therefor, and
changing and setting forth deposits, connection charges, and
re -connection charges and changing and setting forth water service
extension policy and promulgating other related matters.
Section 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval by the Mayor.
The above and foregoing resolution was presented by Councilman
Cairnie , who moved its adoption, said motion being
seconded by Councilman Lodico Upon roll call vote
said resolution was duly declared adopted at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on January 16, 1967, the vote of said Council
upon said roll call being as follows:
