187i • J RESOLUTION NO. 187 A RESOLUTION GRANTING UNTO THE CORONADO PAINT COMPANY A VARIANCE FROM THE EXISTING SEWAGE ORDINANCE AS THE SAME PERTAINS TO THE MONTHLY CHARGE OR RATE FOR THE USE OF THE CITY SEWAGE r SYSTEM.c'P'�'""A WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the Coronado Paint Company located on Old County Road in the City of Edgewater, Florida is a large user of water and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that to charge the Coronado Paint Company 100% of its water bill for its sewer service would be grossly unfair and inequitable, and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to exercise its rights to enter into separate contracts for large users of water and sewage as defined in Ordinance No. 539, Section 3 (c) (5) and Ordinance No. 538, Section 3(c) (7). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the Coronado Paint Company be and the same is hereby granted a variance from the existing sewage ordinance so that retroactive from May 1, 1967 the monthly charge for sewage service of the Coronado Paint Company shall be 100% of the water bill with a maximum of $5 per month per toilet contained in said office and building of the said Coronado Paint Company. Section 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. The foregoing resolution was presented by Councilman Rehhington- who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman Walls Upon roll call vote said resolution was duly declared adopted at a (// regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of June A.
