RESOLUTION N0. 198
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ELECTION CLERK,
INSPECTORS AND A SPECIAL OFFICER FOR THE
PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF
EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA ON
OCTOBER 24th, 1967

WHEREAS, A Primary election shall be held in the City of Edgewater, FO
Volusia County, Florida, on October 24th, 1967 and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an election clerk, inspectors and a
special officer be appointed, in compliance with the charter laws of
the City of Edgewater, Florida.
IOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Edgewater, Florida:
SECTION 1. That Margaret McDougall be and she is hereby designated and
appointed election clerk for the Primary election to be held in the City
of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, on October 24th, 1967 with full
power and authority to do and perform all the duties of said office as
fixed and defined by the charter and ordinances of said city and the
laws of theState of Florida.
SECTION 2. That Nell Cratsley, Lilly Williams, Margaret Swinehart, Ethel
A. Wasserott and Raymond Hill be, and they are hereby designated and
appointed inspectors for the Primary Election to be held in the City of
Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida on October 24th, 1967 with full
authority to do and perform all the duties of said office as fixed and
defined by the Charter and ordinances of said city and the laws of the
State of Florida.
SECTION 3 That Troy Reynolds be, and he is hereby designated and
appointed as special officer for the Primary election to be held in the
City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida on October 24th, 1967 with
full power and authority to do and perform all the duties of said office
as fixed and defined by the charter and ordinances of said city and the
laws of the State of Florida.

SECTION 4. Be it further resolved that all resolutions and parts of
resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
The above and foregoing resolution was presented by Councilman
Walls who moved its adoption, said motion being
seconded by Councilman Bebbi ngton and upon roll call
vote the said resolution was duly declared adopted at the regular
meeting of the said City council held on October 16th, 1967. The roll
call vote of said Council was as follows:
