2130 0 D :) RESOLUTION NO. 213 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF WATKINS FORD, INC. OF NEW SITYRNA BEACH, FLORIDA FOR A POLICE CAR, AS PER SEPCIFICATIONS, FOR THE SUM OF $1,985.00 1%06 WHEREAS, pursuant to motion duly made, the City has 2�*A issued invitations to bid for an automobile to be used by the Police Department, and WHEREAS, competitive bids were received by the said City Council, and WHEREAS, the City Council after studying the bids is desirous of accepting the bid of Watkins Ford, Inc. of New Smyrna Beach, Florida for a police car, as per specifications, for the sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Five ($1,985.00) Dollars. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the bid of Watkins Ford, Inc. of New Smyrna Beach, Florida for an automobile to be used by the Police Department of the City of Edgewater, Florida, as per specifications, in the amount of One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Five ($1,985.00) Dollars be and the same is hereby accepted. SECTION 2. That all other bids be and the same are hereby rejected. SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
