233RESOLUTION NO. 233 A RESOLUTION RAISING THE SALARY OF PATROLMAN WM. F. QUIRK FROM.$325.00 PER MONTH TO $350.00 PER MONTH, PATROLMEN NORMAN MCCALL AND EARL GILBERT FROM $350.00 PER MONTH TO $375.00 PER MONTH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the salary of Wm. F. Quirk, a full time regular policeman employed by the City of Edgewater, Florida on the effective date of this Resolution shall be raised from Three Hundred Twenty -Five ($325.00) Dollars to Three Hundred Fifty ($350.00) Dollars per month, Patrolmen Norman W. McCall and Earl Gilbert from Three Hundred Fifty ($350.00) Dollars to Three Hundred Seventy Five ($375.00) Dollars per month. SECTION 2, That this resolution and the raise in pay contained herein shall be and become effective on May 1, 1968. SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. The above and foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman Norman who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman Ledbetter , and upon roll call vote, the said Resolution was duly declared adopted at a regular meeting of City Council held on April 15, 1968; the vote of said Council upon roll call being as follows: IN Approved this 15th day of April A.D., 1968. mayor C -,
