RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING
THE RESIGNATION
OF
PATROLMAN
JAMES LEE
HOPPER AND
PROVIDING
AN
EFFECTIVE
DATE THEREFOR.
WHEREAS,
Patrolman
James Lee
Hopper heretofore
submitted his
resignation
to the
City Council, and

WHEREAS,
The City
Council is
desirous of accepting
the
same.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the resignation of Patrolman James
Lee Hopper be and are hereby accepted and his employment
as Police Officer for the City of Edgewater, Florida be and
the same is hereby terminated with the effective date of
February 15, 1969.
SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption by City Council and approval
by the Mayor.
The above and foregoing Resolution was presented by
Councilman ftarmw who moved its adoption, said motion
being seconded by Councilman Qietz, , and, upon
roll call vote the said Resolution was duly declared adopted
at a Regular Meeting of City Council of the City of Edgewater,
Florida, pursuant to due notice thereof, held on the 17th day
of February A.D., 1969; the vote of said Council upon roll call
being as follows:
