283RESOLUTION NO.gnz A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF GRAYBAR ELECTRIC CO., INC OF ORLANDO, FLORIDA FOR TWENTY- FOUR (24) METALARC LAMPS IN THE AMOUNT OF THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY ($3,860.00) DOLLARS WHEREAS, the City has caused to be advertised invitation to bid for lighting fixtures for the Little League Field of the Recreation area of the City of Edgewater, Florida, and WHEREAS, bids have been received and considered by the City Council. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the bid of Graybar Electric Co., Inc. of Orlando, Florida for twenty-four (24) Metalarc Lamps as per specifications, in the amount of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty ($3,860.00) Dollars for use in the Little League baseball field of the Recreation area of the City of Edgewater, Florida be and the same is hereby accepted. SECTION 2. That all other bids be and the same are hereby rejected. SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. SECTION 4. That this REsolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. The above and foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman Dimm who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman Norman and, upon roll call vote, the said Resolution was duly declared adopted at a regular meeting of City Council held on March 17th 1969; the vote of said Council upon roll call being as follows: ounce man i r eo-o � ayor 0
