RESOLUTION NO. 333_
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING AN INVESTIGATION
BY THE STATE ATTORNEY IN AND FOR THE
SEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, STATE OF FLORIDA,
FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER THE
PRESENT CITY COUNCIL AND PRECEDING CITY
COUNCILS HAVE BEEN ADHERING TO THE GENERAL
LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND THE CHARTER
AND ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER IN
CONDUCTING THE CITY'S BUSINESS, AND PROVID-
ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the State Attorney in and for the
Seventh Judicial Circuit, State of Florida, be and he is
hereby requested to conduct an investigation of the present
City Council and preceding City Councils of the City of
Edgewater, Florida for the purpose of determining if said
City Councils have in the past and are at the present
abiding by and adhering to all general laws of the State of
Florida and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Edge-
water, Florida.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to transmit a copy of this Resolution to the State
Attorney in and for the Seventh Judicial Circuit, State of
Florida.
SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval
by the Mayor.
The above and foregoing Resolution was presented by
Councilman Ledbetter who moved its adoption, said motion
being seconded by Councilman Lodico , and, upon roll
call vote, the said Resolution was duly declared adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Edgewater,

Florida held on the 2nd day of February A.D., 4969, the vote
of said Council upon roll call being as follows:
