341(2)RESOLUTION NO. 31-1 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF ELIZABETH CROUSER AS DEPUTY CLERK FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND TERMINATING HER EMPLOYMENT EFFECTIVE JUNE 15, 1970. .r:1 WHEREAS, Elizabeth Crouser, Deputy Clerk for the City of Edgewater, Florida, has heretofore tendered her resignation, and WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of accepting the same, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the resignation of Elizabeth Crouser as Deputy Clerk for the City of Edgewater, Florida, be and the same is hereby accepted and her employment as Deputy Clerk be and the same is hereby terminated effective June 15, 1970. SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. The above and foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman Dietz who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman Lodico , and, upon roll call vote, the said Resolution was duly declared adopted at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, held on the 15th day of June, A.D., 1970, the vote of said Council upon roll call being as follows: ATTEST: Elsie L.
