368RESOLUTION NO. 368 A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF A REGULAR ELECTION HELD IN THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA ON NOVEMBER 3, 1970 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTING A COUNCILMAN FROM ZONE 2 AND A COUNCILMAN FROM ZONE 4, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: 6%;b_ SECTION 1. That the following number of votes were received by the following candidates for Councilman from -� Zone 2 at the general or regular election held in the City of Edgewater, Florida on November 3, 1970: For Councilman from Zone 2: CHARLES P. GANTA received G 98 votes. DAVID C. LEDBETTER/1received votes. SECTION 2. That Narll1 P. 6"'At be and he is hereby declared to be the winner of the election for Councilman from Zone 2 in the City of Edgewater, Florida. SECTION 3. The following votes were received by the following candidates for the office of Councilman from Zone 4 at the general or regular election held in the City of Edgewater, Florida on November 3, 1970: For Councilman from Zone 4: PHILIP H. BEBBINGTON received 3 7/ otes. DAVID L. WIGGINS keceived 5f0mvotes. SECTION 4. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. SECTION 6. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
