A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DAVID L.
WIGGINS AS COORDINATOR OF THE
PARK, PIER AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
AND CHARLES GANTA AS COORDINATOR OF 9®
THE WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT OF
THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, PROVIDING FOR sJ
THEIR TENURE, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, (�
AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATE
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Councilman David L. Wiggins be and
he is hereby appointed as coordinator of the Park, Pier
and Recreation Department of the City of Edgewater, Florida,
to serve in said capacity until November 17, 1971.
SECTION 2. That Councilman Charles Ganta be and he
is hereby appointed as coordinator of the Water and Sewer
Department of the City of Edgewater, Florida, to serve in
said capacity until November 17, 1971.
SECTION 3. That all powers and duties of the said
David L. Wiggins as coordinator of the Park, Pier and
Recreation Department and Charles Ganta as coordinator
of the Water and Sewer Department shall be pursuant to the
rights, powers and duties contained in Section 32 of the
City Charter, Chapter 27532, Sec. 16, Laws of Florida,
Special Acts 1951, provided however, the exercise of their
prescribed duties shall be at all times subject to the
approval or disapproval of the City Council.
SECTION 4. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
SECTION 5. That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor.
The above and foregoing Resolution was presented by
Councilman Fugate who moved its adoption, said
motion being seconded by Councilman Lodico , and,
upon roll call vote, the said Resolution was duly declared
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Edgewater, Florida, held on the 7th day of December,
A.D. 1970; the vote of said Council upon roll call being
