A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION
OF DONALD GILLESPIE AS A MEMBER OF THE
EDGEWATER PLANNING BOARD AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR.
Whereas Donald Gillespie has hereunto tendely�
his resignation from the Edgewater Planning Board�V .4
and the City Council is desirous of accepting his 47
resignation.
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the resignation of Donald Gillespie
from the Edgewater Planning Board be and the same is here-
by accepted.
SECTION 2. That this resignation shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor.
SECTION 3. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions
in conflict herewith be and the same is hereby rescinded.
The above and foregoing resolution was presented by
Councilman Fugate who moved its adoption, said
motion being seconded by Councilman Lod i c o , and
upon roll call vote, the said resolution was duly declared
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Edgewater, Florida held on the J%'xL- day of July A.D.,
1971, the vote of said Council upon roll call being as follows:
