RESOLUTION NO. 405
A RESOLUTION HIRING WILLIAM J. BUSSINGER
AS PART TIME PATROLMAN FOR THE CITY OF
EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, SETTING FORTH THE
CONDITION OF HIS CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FL
SECTION 1. That William J. Bussinger be and he is hereby
employed as patrolman for the City of Edgewater, Florida, the said
William J. Bussinger to serve on a part time basis with full power
as invested in a regular full time patrolman, the said William J.
Bussinger to serve at the will of the City Council of the City of
Edgewater, Florida, and at rate of pay established by the City Council.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall be effective as of
August 16, 1971.
SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall take effect immediate-
ly upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
The above and foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman
Wiggins who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded
by Councilman Banta , and upon roll call vote, said Resolu-
tion was duly declared adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida held on August 16, 1971;
the vote of said Council upon roll call being as follows:
