412r RESOLUTION NO. 412 A RESOLUTION TERMINATING THE EMPLOYMENT OF JEROME C. WALKER AS CHIEF OF POLICE FOR THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, SETTING FORTH A GROUND FOR SAID TERMINATION AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR. WHEREAS, the City Council feels that Jerome C. Walker be Chief of Police for the City of Edgewater has acted in �® an insubordinate manner. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the employment of Jerome C. Walker as Chief of Police for the City of Edgewater, Florida is hereby terminated. SECTION 2. That the ground for said termination of employment of said Chief of Police is insubordination. SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
