A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND APPOINTING THE
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH, NEW
SMYRNA BEACH, FLORIDA, AS THE DEPOSITORY OF ,
ALL GENERAL FUNDS OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, +r
FLORIDA, AND FURTHER DESIGNATING THE AUTHORIZED x
SIGNATURES FOR THE WITHDRAWAL OF CITY FUNDS
FROM SAID DEPOSITORY.,,k"xa
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA
SECTION 1. That the First National Bank of New Smyrna
Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Florida, is hereby designated and appoint-
ed the official depository for the General Funds of the City of
Edgewater, Florida.
SECTION 2. That the withdrawal of any such funds or the
drawing of checks or drafts upon said funds from the said deposi-
tory shall be by a proper check or draft signed by the Mayor, or in
his absence the Vice Mayor, or in the absence of the Mayor and
Vice Mayor the Acting Mayor, and the City Clerk, or in the absence
of the City Clerk the Deputy City Clerk of said City.
Be it further resolved that all Resolutions or parts of
Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was presented by
Councilman Wiggins who moved its adoption, said motion being
seconded by Councilman Severance , and upon roll call vote, said
Resolution was duly declared adopted at the regular meeting of
said Council held on November 15th, A.D., 1971, the vote on said
roll call of said Council being as follows:
