A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS
UPON WHICH THE STATE OF FLORIDA HAS RECEIVED
BIDS AND WHICH CAN BE PURCHASED BY LOCAL C'�y,,�
GOVERNMENT ENTITIES WITHIN THE STATE OF s3GVV�°��
FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREFORE.
WHEREAS, the State of Florida has received bids on
various items, and
WHEREAS, local government entities within the State
of Florida can take advantage of the bid prices quoted to the State
of Florida, dpd
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edgewater,
Florida is desirous of taking advantage of the said bids furnished to
the State of Florida.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That it is the intent of the City of Edgewater
to purchase items upon which the State of Florida has received bids
which can be purchased by local government entities within the State
of Florida.
SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.

motion being seconded by Councilman Clinton , and,
upon roll call vote the said Resolution was duly declared adopted at a
recessed meeting of a regular meeting of the City Council of April 2,
1973, held on April 3, 1973; the vote of said Council upon roll call being
as follows:
