RESOLUTION NO. 471
A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 OF
RESOLUTION NUMBER 451 TO -WIT: DELETING *—
THE NAME OF KENNETH MAY AND ADDING THE
NAME OF WILLIAM NICHOLS TO THE ZONING ��
AND PLANNING BOARD, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 . That the name of Kenneth May is deleted from the members
of the Zoning and Planning Board and the name of William Nichols is added
to the members of the Zoning and Planning Board,
SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor
The above and foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman
Criaaer , who moved its adoption, said motion being
seconded by Councilman r7 i nrnn . Upon roll call vote
said Resolution was duly declared adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the ISth day of June, A.D., 1973; the vote of said Council
