A RESOLUTION GRANTING FRANCES H. BROWN OF 124
N. RIVERSIDE DRIVE, EDGEWATER, FLORIDA A PERMIT
TO APPROVE MAINTENANCE DREDGING, CONSTRUCTING
A BOAT BASIN, DREDGING TO OBTAIN FILL, MOSQUITO)
CONTROL AND IMPROVE APPEARANCE IN THE CITY OF
EDGEWATER, FLORIDA LYING ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
LAND: FILLED, SUBMERGED AND SEMI -SUBMERGED LAND
EXTENDING 370' EAST OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE FROM THE NORTH
100' SOUTH OF LAMONT STREET IN THE EAST PART OF LOT
4-L, ALVAREZ GRANT, AS RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 3, PAGE 137,
OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFORE.
WHEREAS, Mrs. Frances H. Brown of 124 N. Riverside Drive,
Edgewater, Florida has submitted supporting documents and an application
for a permit to approve maintenance dredging, constructing a boat basin,
dredging to obtain fill, mosquito control and improve appearance on her
property line within the corporate limits of the City of Edgewater, Florida,
and finding said application to be in compliance with Chapter 253, Florida
Statutes,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Mrs. Frances H. Brown of 124 N. Riverside Drive,
Edgewater, Florida, is hereby granted a permit to do maintenance dredging,
to construct a boat basin, to do dredging to obtain fill, to use mosquito
control and to improve appearance on her property within the corporate limits
of the City of Edgewater, Florida on the following described real property:
Filled,submerged and semi -submerged land
extending 370' East of Riverside Drive from the
North 100' south of Lamont Street in the East part
of Lot 4-L, Alvarez Grant, as recorded in Map
Book 3, Page 137, of the Official Records of Volusfa
County, Florida.
SECTION 2. That a certified copy of this Resolution shall serve as
the permit including therein the application and supporting documents by
reference.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise this
Resolution as required by law.

SECTION 9. Tha§-all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
SECTION 5. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
The foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman
who moved its adoption, said motion being
seconded by Councilman rriggar
Upon roll call vote the said Resolution was duly declared adopted at
a Ragular meeting of the City Council held on the Sth
