A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN APPLICATION FORM
TO BE USED BY ANY APPLICANT WHO DESIRES �®
FORMAL ACTION TO BE TAKEN BY THE ZONING
AND PLANNING BOARD OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER
FLORIDA IN REGARD TO VARIANCES, ZONING AND 10
REZONING OF PROPERTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The City of Edgewater, Florida hereby adopts an
application form to be used by any applicant who desires formal action
to be taken by the Zoning and Planning Board of the City of Edgewater,
Florida in regard to variances, zoning and rezoning of property.
SECTION 2. A true copy of said application form is attached
hereto and made part hereof by reference.
SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or parts of :Resolutions in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise this
Resolution as required by law.
SECTION 5. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
The foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman

seconded by Councilman Bevel
Upon roll call vote the said Resolution was duly declared adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of
