520RESOLUTION NO. 520 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY, TOSEPH E. WEAVER, TO OFFER TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($2, 500. 00) DOLLARS PER ACRE �® FOR THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: That part of Lots 25, 26, 27 and 28 Mendell Subdivision as recorded in Map Book 3, Page �*l, 73 lying Westerly of the mosquito control ditch of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, containing 10.70 acres more or less, and That part of the Ross -Newell Subdivision, Block 2, as recorded in Map Book 8, Page 53 of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, lying westerly of mosquito control ditch, and that part of Lot 29 of Mendell's Subdivision, Map Book 3, Page 73 of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, lying westerly of mosquito control ditch, containing 3.80 acres more or less. AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. Toseph E. Weaver, City Attorney, is hereby authorized to offer Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars per acre for the following described property: That part of Lots 25, 26, 27 and 28 Mendell Subdivision as recorded in Map Book 3, Page 73 lying Westerly of the mosquito control ditch of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, containing 10. 70 acres more or less, and That part of the Ross -Newell Subdivision, Block 2, as recorded in Map Book 8, Page 53 of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, lying westerly of mosquito control ditch, and that part of Lot 29 of Mendell's Subdivision, Map Book 3, Page 73 of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, lying westerly of mosquito control ditch, containing 3.80 acres more or less. SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. SECTION 3._ The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise this Resolution as required by law. SECTION 9. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
