528RESOLUTION NO. 528 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CLASSIFI- CATIONS AND PAY SCALE GRADE OF THE PRESENT EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF EDGE - WATER, FLORIDA, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the following named employees are hereby assigned to the following classifications and respective pay Seale grades. Said classifications and pay scale grades being attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, marked Exhibit A. SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect retroactively to the 2nd day of August, 1974. SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. SECTION 4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise this Resolution as required by law. SECTION 5. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. The foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman Clinton , who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman Si kes Upon roll call vote the said Resolution was duly declared adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of August, A.D. 1974.
