PUBLIC HEARINGS,ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS a. 2019-R-358 Resolution No. 2019-R-19- Emergency Resolution and Proclamation Confirming the State of Emergency and Enacting a Curfew due to Hurricane Dorian Assistant to the City Clerk Kelsey Hanna read Resolution 2019-R-19 into the record. City Manager Glenn Irby made a suof presemadon. Mayor Thomas opened and closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Councilman Couroy, second by Councilwoman O'Keefe, to approve Resolution No.2019-R-19.The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote: Yes: 5- Mayor Thomas,Councilwoman Power,CoancdwomanYaney,Councilwoman O'Keefe and Councilman Conroy 3. OTHER BUSINESS a. AR-20194372 Mutual Aid with FlaWARN Resource Netow rk for Water/Wastewater Assistance A motion was made by Councilman Conroy, second by Councilwoman O'Keefe, to approve the Agreement between the City of Edgewater and FlaWARN. AR-2019-4373 Notice to Proceed to Witt-O'Brien to provide Debris Monitoring Services A motion was made by Councilwoman Yaney, second by Councilwoman Power, to approve the Notice to Proceed between the City of Edgewater and Witt-O'Brien. City Clerk Assistant to the City Clerk Kelsey Hanna reported.nothing at this time, c. City Manager City Manager Glenn Irby reported.' that City Hall will be closing at 2pm on Friday, August 30, 2019 to prepare for Hurricane Dorian and anticipate reopening City Hall on Thursday, September 5, 1019. Refuse pickup will tentatively be suspended until September 5th due to the Hurricane. 5. CITIZEN COMMENTS 6.
