6020 0 RESOLUTION NO. IQOZ A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF A PRIMARY ELECTION HELD IN THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA ON OCTOBER 21, 1975 TO ASCERTAIN THE NOMINEES TO BE VOTED UPON FOR MAYOR AND COUNCILMAN FROM ZONE 1 IN THE NOVEMBER 4, 1975 GENERAL ELECTION. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the following votes were received by the following candidates for Mayor in the City of Edgewater, Volusis County, Florida, at a Primary Election held October 21, 1975 for Mayor: DANA T. ARMSTRONG received 2 votes GEORGE R. KATEZ received 397 votes JACOB LODICO received 3�f votes SECTION 2. That Dana T. Armstrong and George R. Kates be and they are hereby declared to be the two candidates receiving the highest number of votes in said Primary Election and their names be and the same shall be placed on the ballot as candidates for Mayor at the General Election to be held in the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida on November 4, 1975. SECTION 3. That the following votes were received by the following candidates for Councilman from Zone 1 in the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, at a Primary Election held October 21, 1975 for Councilman from Zone l: THOMAS E. GOODWIN received /;Zj votes FRANK H. NORMAN received Lcd votes LOUIS J. ROTUNDO received _221i_votes RYTA F. WEBBER received s//�votes SECTION 4. That Louis J. Rotundo and Ryta F. Webber be and they are hereby declared to be the two candidates receiving the highest number of votes in said Primary Election and their names be and the same shall be placed on the ballot as candidates for Council- man from Zone 1 at the General Election to be held in the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida on November 4, 1975. 6 a.Z A SECTION 5. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 6. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. The foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman who moved\ its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman of , and upon roll call vote the said Resolution was duly declared adopted at the regular meeting of the said City Council held on the as day of October, 1975.
