A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TWO MEMBERS TO
THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS AS
PROVIDED IN THE SOUTHERN STANDARD BUILD-
ING CODE AS ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF EDGE -
WATER, SETTING FORTH THEIR TERM OF OFFICE, 1
AND REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS AND PARTS'
OF RESOLUTION IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND �3
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following named members of the present Board of
Adjustments and Appeals are hereby designated and appointed to serve
on the same board until August 19, 1978:
Steve Hardock
William Piser
SECTION 2. The above named members of the Board of Adjustment and
Appeals shall have the rights, powers and duties as set forth in the
Southern Standard Building Code, the Constitution and laws of the
State of Florida, and the Ordinances and Resolutions of the City of
Edgewater, Florida.
SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
SECTION 4. That the above named members are to serve without compensation.
SECTION 5. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
The foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman S' A e s , who
moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman (); e -'z
Upon roll call vote the said Resolution was duly declared adopted at a
Regular Meeting of the City Council held on the llth day of December,1975.
