A RESOLUTION GRANTING JUDSON I. WOODS,JR. A
CONDITIONAL USE OF HIS PROPERTY AS A DAY CARE
CENTER, REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR
WHEREAS, Ordinance 880 defines Day Care Centers but does not assign them`zte ,y

a particular zoning classification, and
WHEREAS, there is a Day Care Center operating and existing on the property
adjacent to the Woods property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following described real property in the City of Edgewater
owned by Judson I. Woods, Jr. is hereby granted a conditional use of the
property for a Day Care Center, conditioned upon compliance with Section
402.00 of Ordinance 880 dealing with abandonment of nonconforming uses
and compliance with all State and Health Department regulations dealing
with Day Care Centers, said real property being described as: Lot 2,
Block 3, McGinnis Subdivision, according to map recorded in Map Book 8,
page 190, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, except that part
within the right-of-way of U.S. Highway N1.
SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.

and upon roll call vote, said Resolution was duly declared adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, held
on the day of February, 1976, the vote of said Council upon roll call
