653RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION AND TERMINATION OF CONTRACT OF JOE WEAVER AS CITY ATTORNEY; APPOINTING AS CITY ATTORNEY, JUDSON I. WOODS, JR. ESQ.; SETTING HIS TERM, SALARY, DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES; REPEALING _ ALL CONFLICTING RESOLUTIONS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Attorney Joe Weaver, Esq., having been appointed ILA City Attorney for the City of Edgewater, Florida, and having entered into a contract for employment with the City of Edgewater, Florida, and having resigned his aforesaid position as City Attorney for the City of Edgewater, Florida, and the aforesaid resignation having been accepted by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, in regular public session on the S day of March, 1976, the appointment term and employment of Joe Weaver, Esq., as City Attorney for the City of Edgewater, Florida, is hereby terminated. SECTION 2. That Judson I. Woods, Jr., Esq., of Edgewater, Florida, be and is hereby appointed as City Attorney for the City of Edge- water, Florida, upon the same terms, salary, and with the same duties and responsibilities as were previously set out in regard to his predecessor, or upon such specific terms and conditions as he and the City of Edgewater may agree upon by properly executed contract between the parties. ^ECTION 3. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
