666n N RESOLUTION NO.� A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS FROM THE RENEWAL AND REPLACEMENT FUND OF THE WATERWORKS AND SEWER SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND h,�� PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR. 'W400 WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council of the City of 4 t4jo Edgewater, Florida that certain equipment is needed to make more efficient tests at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and WHEREAS, Harry E. Wild, Jr. P.E., Consulting Engineer from Briley, Wild and Associates has certified that this equipment is needed for the Waste- water Treatment Plant. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, SECTION 1. That a withdrawal of funds from the Renewal and Replacement Fund of the Waterworks and Sewer System of the City of Edgewater, Florida, not to exceed $1800.00 is hereby authorized to cover the cost of the following equipment: 1. A Metler balance, H31AR 2. A D.O. meter and probe with a BOD probe attachment 3. and miscellaneous pieces to make it work. SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. The foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman ,49 who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman �.
