670RESOLUTION NO.67D RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER FLORIDA TO SUBMIT A TENTATIVE TOP PRIORITY PROJECTS LIST FOR THE VOLUSIA COASTAL AREA TRANSPORTATION STUDY, REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE v� DATE THEREFOR. WHEREAS, the Volusia Coastal Area (Daytona Beach Urban Area) encompasses an urban population of over fifty thousand people as defined by the Bureau of the Census; and WHEREAS, the Policy Committee of the Volusia Coastal Area Transportation Study represents the responsible public officials of the Daytona Beach Urban Area within the meaning of Section 134, Title 23, of the United States Code as amended; and WHEREAS, the City of Edgewater, Florida is a member of the Volusia Coastal Area Transportation Study Policy Committee within the meaning of Section 134, Title 23 of the United States Code as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, THAT: SECTIONI. The tentative Top Priority Projects List for the Volusia Coastal Area Transportation Study is being revised as necessary; and the City of Edgewater, Florida hereby submits a list of its Tentative Top Priority Projects to the Volusia Coastal Area Transportation Study to be revised and affixes its seal to said list, attached to this resolution. SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. SECTION 3. The final studies and completion of a bridge from the eastern extension of Indian River Boulevard to the vicinity of Hiles Boulevard in Silver Sands Subdivision, South beachside New Smyrna Beach, Fla. 2. Acquisition of the right-of-way of the Florida East Coast Railroad Maytown Branch Line and the conversion of same as an expressway from West Park Avenue to Osteen and State Route 415 or the continuation of State Route 442 west to connect with State Route 415 at Osteen. 3. Approximately one mile of grading and widening of Air Park Road from a point just west of Edgewater, south from Park Avenue to connect with 22nd Street in the Florida Shores Subdivision. 4. Approximately 3/4 of a mile of widening and paving of Mission Road from Park Avenue connecting to State Route 442.
