A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ELECTION CLERK,
INSPECTORS AND A SPECIAL OFFICER FOR THE
PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF
EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, OCT-
OBER 19, A.D. 1976 AND PROMI)ING AN EFFECTIVE
4� DATE THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, a Primary Election shall be held in the City of Edgewater,
Volusia County, Florida on October 19, 1976 and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an election clerk inspectors and a
special officer be appointed, in compliance with the charter laws
of the City of Edgewater, Florida.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Lois Kane be and she is hereby designated and appointed
election clerk for the Primary Election to be held in the City of
Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida on October 19, 1976 with full
power and authority to do and perform all the duties of said office as
fixed and defined by the charter and ordinances of said City and the
laws of the State of Florida.
SECTION 2. That Rose Angers, Nellie Benham, Bertha Britain, Loretta
Cooper, Mercedes Hoffman, Virginia Sawyer, Jo Ann Sikes, Elsie Wardi E1 /�J.ut4�1
and Lester Williams be, and they are hereby designated and appointed
inspectors for the Primary Election to be held in the City of Edge-
water, Volusia County, Florida on October 19, 1976 with full authority
to do and perform all the duties of said office as fixed and defined
by the charter and ordinances of said City and the laws of the State
of Florida.
SECTION 3. That Troy Reynolds be, and he is hereby designated and
appointed as Special Officer for the Primary Election to be held Nn
the City of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida on October 19, 1976
with full power and authority to do and perform all the duties of said
office as fixed and defined by the Charter and ordinances of said City ...

and the of the State of Florida.
SECTION 4. That Jake Wheeler is hereby named as an alternate to serve
for said Troy Reynolds should Mr. Reynolds be unable to serve at said
election.
SECTION 5. Be it further resolved that all resolutions and parts of
resolutions in conflict herewith. be and the same are hereby rescinded.
The above and foregoing resolution was presneted by
Councilman , who moved its adoption, said motion being

said resolution was duly adopted at a regular meeting of the said
City Council held on the 27th day of October, 1976. the roll call
