A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$55,600.00 FROM THE WATER DEVELOPMENT
TRUST FUND TO THE CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNT
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PHASE II OF THE
EDGEWATER WATER IMPROVEMENT FACILITY,
REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate the sum of $55, 600.00
from the Water Development Trust Fund of the City of Edgewater, Florida,
to the construction account for the construction of phase II of the Edgewater
Water Treatment facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ,THE
CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the sum of $55, 600.00 is hereby appropriated
from the Edgewater Development Trust Fund into the construction account
for the construction of the Edgewater Water Treatment Facility in the
amount of $55, 600.00.
Section 2: That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption by the City Council and approval as provided by law.

Upon roll call vote the Resolution was duly declared adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the loth day of April, 1978; the vote of
said Council upon roll call vote being as follows:
