704 RESOLUTION NO. 70 A Resolution Approvilig the Payment of Time and One-half Wages for the City of Edgewater Employees who were Employed Between the Dates of September 18, 1964 and October 12, 1964 to Clean Up Debris and Repair Damage Caused by Hurricanes. WHEREAS, the City of Edgewater, Florida, suffered damage to its properties between the dates of September 18, 1964 and October 12, 1964, occasioned by hurricanes; and WHEREAS, during the period of time between September 18, 1964 and October 12, 1964, it was necessary for the City of Edgewater, Florida, to pay its employees time and one-half wages to clean up debris and repair damage caused by said hurricanes; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, that the payment of time and one-half wages to the City of Edgewater employees for the cleaning up of said debris and repairing said damage between the dates of September 18, 1964 and October 12, 1964, be and the same is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all resolutions, or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. The above and foregoing resolution was presented by Councilman Ridedill , who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman Siller , and upon roll call vote, the said resolution was duly declared adopted at the regular meeting of said Council held on the 18th day of January, 1965, the vote of said Council on roll call being as follows: i Approved this 18th day of January, 1965.
