82RESOLUTION # 82 A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CANDIDATES FOR THE OFFICES OF COUNCIOMEN FOR ZONES THREE (3) AND FOUR (4), IN THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, VOIIISIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO BE NOMINATED AT A PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE HELD OCTOBER 19, 1965. SAID CANDIDATES TO BE VOTED ON CITY WIDE AND PROVIDING FOR THE PREPARATION AND PRINTING OF BALLOTS FOR SAID ELECTION. WHEREAS, petitions have been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Edgewater, Florida, to have the names of Carroll D. Alexander, Paul F. Walls and Jack Witten, Zone #31 B. R. Ridgdill, Philip H. Bebbington and John Waddington, Jr., Zone #4 placed on the ballot at the Primary City Election to be held on October 19th, A. D., 1965. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: That the names of Carroll D. Alexander, Paul F. Walls and Jack Witten, Zone #3f B. R. Ridgdill, Philip H. Bebbington and John ''Waddington, Jr., Zone #4 be placed on the official ballot as candidates for the office of Councilmen in their respective zones in the Primary Election to be held October 19th, A. D. 1965. Said Election to be voted on City Wide. The names of the two candidates receiving the largest number of votes to be placed on the ballot at the Regular Election to be held November 2nd, 1965, as pro- vided by local election laws. That the printing of necessary ballots will be in accordance with the advise of Katherine Cdham and there will be printed absentee ballots. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby rescinded. The above and foregoing resolution was presented by Councilman W. H. Cairnie who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman Earl L.
