113, RESOLUTION NO. 113 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACTION OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, ZONING AND PLANNING BOARD, TAKEN AT A PUBLIC HEARING HELD MARCH 25TH, 1966 WHEREAS, the City of Edgewater, Florida, Zoning and Planning Board, held a public hearing on March 25th, 1966 to consider a variance in zoning request of the City of Edgewater, Florida; AND WHEREAS, the Zoning and Planning Board of the City of Edgewater, Florida, recommended that said variance be denied; NOW,THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, that the recommendation of the Zoning and PI nning Board of the City of Edgewater, Florida, in regard to the zoning variance request of the City of Edgewater, Florida, be denied, and said zoning variance is hereby denied. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,.that the recommendations of the Zoning and Planning Board attached hereto becomes a pert of this Resolution. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all resolutions,or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. The above and foregoing resolution was presented by Councilman Walls , who moved ita adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman Cairnie , and upon roll call vote, the said resolution was duly declared adopted at the regular meeting of said Council held on the 4th day of April, 1966, the vote of said Council on roll call being as follows: of April, 1966 �r szty ✓` C1 M Y R 113 EDGEWATER ZONING AND PLANNING BOARD EDGEWATER, FLORIDA March 28, 1966 Honorable Mayor and City Councilmen City of Edgewater Edgewater, Florida Gentlemen: In reference to the application of the City of Edgewater requesting a portion of Edgewater Park and Pier to be zoned commercial, legal description of which is attached, a Public Hearing was held Friday, March 25th, 1966 at 8:00 P.M. in the Edgewater Community Center with all members of the Zoning and Planning Board present at the hearing. All freeholders of Edgewater present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard regarding this request for variance. Communications received in regards to the application were read aloud at the hearing. Your Zoning and Planning Board is in complete accord and recommends that the variance request by the City of Edgewater be denied. Respectfully yours, i David L.
