88r N P„D RESOLUTION NO. 88 r ry�1^ that part of Ross Newell Sub- "' A resolution vacating division of Mendell Homestead as recorded in Map # Book 8, Page 53, public records of Volusia County, 6y N Florida, which describes Block 2 thereof in the City 0 2 0 D of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida. �t0ro WHEREAS, Ralph B. Miller and Thelma E. Miller, his wife, have petitioned that that part of Rose Newell Subdivision of Mendell Home- stead as recorded in Map Book 8, page 53, public records of Volusia County, Florida described Block 2 thereof be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears from an examination of the maps on file that the vacating of said part of said subdivision will not adversely affect the rest of the subdivision nor will it interfere with road or street traffic; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: That that part of Ross Newell Subdivision of Mendell Homestead in the City of Edgewater, Florida as the same describes Block 2 thereof be and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the final approval of such vacating and the vacating of said part of said plat by the County Commissioners of Volusia County, Florida, after publication of due notice as provided by Sections 192. 29 and 192. 30 Florida Statutes. The above and foregoing resolution was presented by Councilman Cafrnie who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman Tingle , and upon roll call vote, the said resolution was duly declared adopted at the regular meeting of said Council held on 4 010 0� G74.o� the 1st day of November, A.
