A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACTION OF THE
CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, ZONING AND
PLANNING BOARD, TAKEN AT A PUBLIC HEARING

CD WHEREAS, the City of Edgewater, Florida, Zoning and Planningc-3'

Board, held a public hearing on March 25th, 1966 to consider

a variance in zoning request of David C. and Hazel R. Ledbetter, E7"— co N3 P--
of 316 South Ridgewood Avenue, Edgewater, Florida; r.
AND WHEREAS, the Zoning and Planning Board of the City
of Edgewater, Florida, recommended that said variance be granted;,+
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Edgewater, Florida, that the recommendations of the Zoning
and Planning Board of the City of Edgewater, Florida, in regard to
the zoning variance request of David C. and Hazel R. Ledbetter, of
316 South Ridgewood Avenue, Edgewater, Florida, be approved, and
said zoning variance is hereby granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the recommendations of the
Zoning and Planning Board attached hereto becomes a part of ".his
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all resolutions,or parts
of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
rescinded.
The above and foregoing resolution was presented by Councilman

Gentlemen:
In reference to the application of David C.
and Hazel R. Ledbetter requesting rezoning from residential
to commercial a portion of Hart Avenue, legal description
of which is attached, a Public Hearing was held Friday,
March 25th, 1966 at 8:00 P.M. in the Edgewater Community
Center with all members of the Zoning and Planning Board
present.
All property owners within 300 feet of the area
under consideration that were present at the hearing were
given an opportunity to be heard. All communications
received in regards to this request were read and consideration
given.
After careful thought and due deliberation your
Zoning and Planning Board recommends that the variance
requested by David C. and Hazel R. Ledbetter be granted for
the purpose mentioned in the application.
