WHEREAS, the City of Edgewater, Florida, Zoning and nanning .r; Board, held a public hearing on March 25th, 1966 to consider t r3 a variance in zoning request of Raeburn Judy, of 322 N. RidgewoodEl Avenue, Edgewater, Florida: AND WHEREAS, the Zoning and Planning Board of the City of Edgewater, Florida, recommended that said variance be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City d°f Edgewater, Florida, that the recommendations of the Zoning and Planning Board of the City of Edgewater, Florida, in regard to the zoning variance of Raeburn Judy, of 322 N. Ridgewood Avenue, Edgewater, Florida, be approved, and said zoning variance is hereby granted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the recommendations of the Zoning and Planning Board attached hereto becomes a part of this Resolution, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all resolutions,or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. Roth, Volusia County Clerk of Court EDGEWATER ZONING AND PLANNING BOARD EDGEWATER, FLORIDA March 28, 1966 Honorable Mayor and Councilmen City of Edgewater Edgewater, Florida Gentlemen: In reference to the application of Raeburn Judy requesting rezoning from residential to commercial that portion of the property now zoned residential, legal description of which is attached, a Public Hearing was held Friday, March 25, 1966 at 8:00 P.M. in the Edgewater Community Center with all members of the Zoning and Planning Board present. All property owners within 300 feet of the area under consideration that were present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. All communications received in regards to this request were read and consideration given. After considerable deliberation your Zoning and Planning Board, voting 4 to 1, does recommend that the variance requested by Raeburn Judy be granted for the purpose of a super market only, this being in conjunction with the Powell Property and furthermore, if no progress toward construction has been made within twelve (12) months from date of approval it shall become void and the property revert to the present zoning status.
