BUDD FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION; c GRANTING THE SAID PETITION FOR REZONING, N y N CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE/ cam„ N 00 0 PROPERTY SOUGHT TO BE REZONED AND PROVIDING QSOla AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR. 44 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the findings and recommendation of the Zoning Board of the City of Edgewater, Florida denying the petition of James L. Budd and Veleda H. Budd, his wife, for a variance or change in zoning classification of a portion of their property be and the same is hereby overruled and overridden. SECTION 2. That the petition of James L. Budd and Veleda H. Budd, his wife, for a change in zoning classification of a portion of their property be and the same is hereby granted 9providing said property be fenced and suitable shrubbery planted as agreed upon. SECTION 3• That with the effective date of this Resolution, the property of James L. Budd and Veleda H. Budd described in their petition shall be changed from Residential to Commericial SECTION 4. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. SECTION 5. That this Resolution shall take effect Immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
