THIS CAUSE came before the City of Edgewater Code Enforcement
Board (the "Board") on June 12, 2014 after due notice of noncompliance to the
Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received
evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner_ being,, not
being present, there upon finds as follows:

$150.00, and an additional fine of $100.00 per day for each day the
violation continues to exist past June 13, 2014 and for a lien to be
placed on the property if not satisfied by June 18, 2014.
2. A certified copy of this order may be recorded in the public records of
Volusia County, Florida, and shall constitute a lien against the above
