A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA,
REGARDING VARIANCES FOR CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
WITHIN THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE THEREFORE, AND REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH. 14*04

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida hereby
approves the following recommendations of the Board of Adjustments of
the City of Edgewater, Florida:
1. A five foot variance on the North side of Mr. Thomas M. Hay's property
in order to construct a single family residence; the legal description
being: 110 Flagler Avenue - The South 100 feet of the North 387.4 feet
of Lot 39 F, except the West 41 feet thereof of Assessor's Subdivision of
the G. Alvarez Grant, Edgewater, Florida, as recorded in Map Book 3, page
137 of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida.
2. A three and one half foot variance on the East side of Mr. Clifford
C. Rayl's property in order to construct an addition to his present resi-
dence; the legal description being: 129 Dixwood Avenue - Lots 13 and 14
and North 10 feet of Dixwood Avenue South of same Block A, Dixwood Sub-
division, Map Book 8, page 73, of the Public Records of Volusia County,
Florida.
SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.

and upon roll call vote said Resolution was duly declared adopted at a regular
