788rn a RESOLUTION NO. /Op A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACTION OF o •• •• THE EDGEWATER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS 2 IN GRANTING A VARIANCE TO HERBERT O BLAUN, REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN ,I0d CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Edgewater Board of Adjustments pursuant to a request by Herbert Blaun for variances as set forth in his application, and WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustments approved the variances in accordance with the requests of Herbert Blaun, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, approved the action of the Board of Adjustments granting said variances. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1: That Herbert Blaun is hereby granted the variances approved by the Edgewater Board of Adjustments and the Edgewater City Council. Section 2: That all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded. Section 3: That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval as provided by law. The foregoing Resolution was presented by Councilman who moved its adoption, said motion being seconded by Councilman. Upon roll call vote the Resolution was duly declared adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the.'
