767R C ORDINANCE NO. 767 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REZONING OF THE CARMEN MONTESANO PROPERTY FROM "COMMERCIAL" TO "INDUSTRIAL" FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISMANTLING AUTOMOBILES, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR. WHEREAS, Carmen Montesano has requested a rezoning of his property from "Commercial" to "Industrial" for the purpose of dismantling automobiles and, WHEREAS, Carmen Montesano has certified that he will comply1a11 Ordinances and Resolutions of the City of Edgewater, Florida in regard to occupational licenses, fencing and square footage to be enclosed. i NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the property of Carmen Montesano be and is hereby rezoned "industrial" in compliance with Ordinance 219 of the City of Edgewater, for the purpose of dismantling automobiles, said property being more particularly described as follows: Lots 14 and 15, Block 3, River Edge Acres, as recorded in Map Book 9, Page 260, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, also known as 2033 South Ridgewood Avenue, Edgewater, Florida. SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances and all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Upon motion duly made, second and carried, the requirement of reading said Ordinance upon second reading was waived and the Ordinance was put upon final passage.
