Massey, as personal representative of the estate of John Max Massey, has submitted an application requesting that the following described real property: Property in Lot 42 Assessors Subdivision of the Alvarez Grant Per Map Book 3, Page 137 of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, lying Northerly of Florida East Coast Branch line Railway, excepting therefrom Parcel deeded to The Wickes Corporation be rezoned from its present zoning classification of Agriculture to I-1, Light Industrial District, and WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held by the Edgewater Zoning Board, as required under Ordinance 880, and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board has recommended to the Edgewater City Council that the request of the applicant for rezoning be granted, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edgewater, at a regular council meeting, has voted in favor of granting the applicant's request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA SECTION 1: That the following described real property: Property in Lot 42 Assessors Subdivision of the Alvarez Grant Per Map Book 3, Page 137 of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, lying Northerly of Florida East Coast Branch line Railway, excepting therefrom Parcel deeded to The Wickes Corporation 0 - 2 - located in the City of Edgewater, Florida, is hereby rezoned from its present zoning classification of Agriculture to I-1, Light Industrial District. SECTION 2: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances, and all Resolutions or parts of Resolutions of the City of Edgewater, Florida, that are in conflict with this Ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise this Ordinance as required by law. SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its final passage as provided by law. The first reading of the above Ordinance was read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida at the meeting of said Council held on the >a-7 day of 1977, and approved as provided by law. The second reading of said Ordinance to be at the meeting of the City Council to be held on the a4 `'day of ' 1977.
