82-O-14� ORDINANCE 82-0-14 N�0 0 o P LO AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA N VACATING ALL OF THAT PART OF ALVARE2 LANE WEST tM tt OF HUBBELL STREET IN THE EDGEWATER HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CON- K E Y W FLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. O L Q at W HkM I BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION I. That Alvarez Lane as it is now .laid out in the Edge- water Highlands Subdivision, that portion of which lies west of Hubbell Street, same being 150 feet long, more or less, and 30 feet wide, is hereby vacated by the City of Edgewater, Florida. All right, title, and interest in said portion of Alvarez Lane is released in the following manner: The north half of said portion of Alvarez Lane is released to Lot 25, Edgewater .Highlands Subdivision, and the south half of said Alvarez Lane is released to Lot 23, Edgewater Highlands Subdivision. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council, and authentication as provided by law. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise this ordinance as required by law. The first reading of said Ordinance is read in full and passed by vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the /9'4day of, 1982, and approved as provided by law.
