AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
TO CHANGE THE EXISTING I-1 AND MH-1
ZONING OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF PROPERTY
BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY PARK AVENUE,
BOUNDED ON THE SOUTH BY THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE MUNICIPALITY, BOUNDED
ON THE EAST BY MANGO TREE DRIVE, AND
BOUNDED ON THE WEST BY WILWOOD DIRECT-

ING THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP SHALL
BE AMENDED; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN.
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Appropriate public hearings have been held
regarding the proposed rezoning which was initiated by owners of
parcels within the proposed area to be re -zoned, and
WHEREAS, The Edgewater Zoning Commission has reviewed the
application and has approved of same.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of
Edgewater is hereby amended to re -zone the following parcel of
property from I-1 and MH-1 to a.0ta'L
The east 367.5 feet as measured on the south
line of the west 2121.5 feet of Lot 37 Assessors
subdivision of the Alvarez Grant as recorded in
Map Book 3 page 137 of the Public Records of
Volusia County, Florida, except the west 75
feet of the north 120 feet of the above described
property.
SECTION 2: That the Official Zoning Map of the City of
Edgewater is hereby amended to re -zone the following parcel of
property from I-1 and MH-1 to

SECTION 3. That all Ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect
immediatetly upon adoption as provided by law.
