A. NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION OF SITE (Use back of page and
continuations)
This site is represented by a relatively small and isolated shell midden .
The site measures some 30 meters in length by 20 meters in width, oriented
southwest to northeast. Midden deposition occurs to 50 cm below the surface;
however, the midden density occurs in a smaller area of an'.isolated 10 by 10
meters. St. Johns Plain were dominant in artifact assemblage. Site was mitigated
at the current level of investigation (see report). -
