Board (the "Board") on August 14, 2008 , after due notice of noncompliance to the
Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received evidence and

thereupon finds as follows:

1. You, Jane Church , will pay to the City of Edgewater, Florida, a
citation fee of One hundred fifty and No cents 00/100 dollars
