Dear Ms. Dewees,
Volusia County has completed the construction of West Park Avenue from Old Mission Road to
Dale Avenue. Consistent with the Joint Project Agreement between the County and the City,
the City is now responsible for maintenance of stormwater Pond No. 1A on City property
adjacent to the City's water storage tanks as well as mowing of the road right-of-way from Old
Mission Road to Dale Avenue.
