a Florida Corporation(the"Grantor"),whose address is 201 Lytham Way,Daytona Beach,FL 32124,for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar($1.00) lawful money of the United Sates, to Grantor by the CITY OF
EDGEWATER, Florida (the "Granted"), whose address is 104 North Riverside Drive, Edgewater, Florida
32132,the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,has granted,bargained,sold,transferred,and delivered,and
by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, transfer, and deliver unto Grantee, and Grantee's successors and
assigns, the potable water system and sanitary sewer system (collectively, the "Property") that service the
subdivision of Liberty Village located on S.Glencoe Road,Edgewater,Florida.
TO HAVE AN TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee,and Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
AND Grantor covenants with Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantor is the lawful
owner of the Property; that the Property is free from all encumbrances; that the Grantor has good right to sell
and transfer the Prop";and that Grantor will warrant and defend the sale and transfer of the Property hereby
made to Grantee, and Grantee's successors and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons
whomsoever. This covenant shall be binding upon Grantor and Grantor's successors and assigns.
